I hereby assign all rights (including, without limitation, copyright and patent) that I might have or acquire therein to ILG. I understand and agree that no payment or other compensation shall be payable by ILG in connection with any Input I submit or otherwise communicate. ILG may use in any manner or for any purpose, modify or discard any such Input as it chooses. I represent and warrant to ILG that I am the sole and exclusive owner any Input provided. I shall not have any right, title or interest in or two such Input or the Blue Book in its present of future form.
